Property Income Limits
Thank you for your interest in The Briscoe Apartments! The Briscoe is an active participant in the Rent Savings Program, which offers affordable rental rates to tenants qualifying for the annualized household income limits.
Please review all qualification prior to submitting your application to ensure you qualify. Total household income must be at least 2.5 time the monthly rent, but cannot exceed the income limits of the chart outline below. Example: if you household is one person, your gross annual income must be at or less than $49,260 to qualify for a Tier 1 apartment.
All prospective residents over the age of 18 must provide one of the following income verifications.
- Six most recent pay statements
- Income verification from applicants current employer
- Income verification from SSA or TX Dept. of Social Services
- Another form of independent verification, subject to conditions
Based on the chart below the resident income and household size, you can determine if you qualify for our rent saving programs. To qualify for an income tier below, your household income must not exceed the amount shown for your household size.:
Disclosure of Rental Requirements & Housing Vouchers Acceptance
We accept applicants for resident participating in the Housing Choice Voucher Program subject to their meeting all the other rental criteria for the property. Annual income recertifications and documentation related thereto will be required of all residents residing in these lower income units.
